Baby at That Craft Place

Hi All

Well I should be back from holiday now but this is a scheduled post just in case I am late back or forget to do it!  I will be back "live" very soon!!

Today is a new challenge over at That Craft Place challenge blog and the theme is

"Baby"

I have used another gorgeous Saturated Canary image called "Butterfly Baby".  Here is my card:

 I really enjoyed making this card!  I kept it quite simple (as always!) The paper is Foreever Friends New Arrival.  I then just added a lovely square doily, I used my Memory Box Precious Hearts again and added some mulberry rose flowers, pearls and a touch of glamour dust!

Birthday Girls at Pollycraft

Good Morning All!

I am back today with a new challenge over at Pollycraft.  Our hostess this week is the super talented Jane and her theme is:

"Birthday Girls"

Easy huh!?  Here is my card:

 

I have used Pippa from the Candyfloss Crew (one of my favourites!)  The paper is Cosmo Cricket - Tea for Two and I have added some lovely organza ribbon and rhinestone sparkler from the Hobby House.  The die is Memory Box Precious Hearts.  I have used the green and red combination again for a non-Christmas card!  Not sure why I keep going towards those colours!!

New Challenge at the Sugar Bowl

I have used Summer Smiles from the new Simply Adorable range.  I have gone for a colour scheme that I really like but not used for a while.  The paper is of course Maja Designs Vintage Summer basics (will I ever get tired of using these papers!) I have used my La La Land Heart Doily Border die and Memory Box Previous Hearts.  The Mulberry Flowers and Rhinestone Sparkler are from the Hobby House.

Well its my Birthday today and hopefully I am sitting by the pool at our hotel!!  Can't think of a better way to celebrate my birthday!

My favourite challenge!!  I have gone for a Saturated Canary image today called Fairy Wishes, here is my card:

I have used my favourite Maja Designs Vintage Summer papers.  The open leaf flourish is from La La Land and have used various flowers and heart pins.  Glamour dust on her wings and some pearls to finish off.

I went back in time and used an image from Classic Cave for my card.  Here it is:

The image is called Sapphire Bloom Grateful and she is coloured with copics and polychromos.  The paper is Boho Chic from First Edition.  I have used La La Land Filigree Corner and Die-namics Flower and Leaf Trio. I added some lace ribbon and rhinestone sparklers from the Hobby House.  Just some glamour dust to finish.

Hobby House Inspiration

Good Morning Everyone.

This is my first scheduled post. I have quite a few scheduled so I hope they all work!!

It is my turn to share some inspiration using products from the Hobby House.  I have used another gorgeous image from Elisabeth Bell, here is my card:

The image is from a pre-coloured sheet called Summertime. Other Hobby House products used are:

The paper is Vintage Marketplace from Bazzill.  I then just added a touch of glamour dust to finish it off.

New Challenge at The Hobby House

Hi again!

Before I get onto my project for the Hobby House I just want to tell you that I won't be around for most of September. I am moving house tomorrow!  My craft room is all packed up and ready to go!  Shortly after we move in we will be going away on holiday for two weeks, I am sure we will need it by then!  So basically I won't be around until about the end of September.  (I also won't have broadband access for a while at the new place :-().  I will however be scheduling posts during September so I won't be far away.  I just won't be able to come and visit you and stay in touch on Facebook.  So don't get up to anything while I am away!  

Back to my last post for today which is a project for our brand new challenge over at the Hobby House.  We had such a huge response to our Christmas challenge, thank you so much!  This month our challenge is to use any of the artists featured in the Hobby House store.  These include:

Elisabeth Bell

Mo Manning

Kenny K

Sylvia Zet

You can use any a stamped image or any of the pre-coloured toppers that are available in the store.  

I have gone for an image from Elisabeth Bell, as you know I love these sweet images.  I have used it with a Shadow Box from La La Land which I have had for ages but not got around to doing anything with it!  Here is my project:

The image is a pre-coloured topper called Summertime from Elisabeth Bell.  Other Hobby House products include:

Music Inspired at That Craft Place

Good Morning All!

I have two posts for you today, aren't you lucky!  I will be back shortly with my project for the Hobby House but before then I am here with my first ever card for That Craft Place challenge blog!  Thank you Lisa and Erin for inviting me to part of your wonderful team! 

Our theme this week is 

"Music Inspired"

I knew I wanted to use MOD Marci from La La Land for this challenge!  Here is my card:

I love this image!  The paper is MME - On the Bright Side and I have used dies from La La Land including Filigree Corner, Heart Doily Border and Heart Treble Clef. I have used also Lil'Inker Stitched Square.  I found the little music charm in my stash, I think it came from Tracy at Dies to Die For in one of her Freebie Fridays!  I then just added some pearls.  

I enjoyed making her so I hope you like it!
