Say It With Flowers - Wags 'n Whiskers

Nearly the weekend, yippeee!!  I hope you have lots of lovely things planned!

I am back today with a new challenge at Wags 'n Whiskers.  I have set the theme this week which is:

"Say It With Flowers!"

Easy!  I used the gorgeous Fairy Rosalie last time and I liked her so much I have used her again today!  Here is my card:

She is so lovely to colour in.  You can get her here in rubber and here in digi.  I teamed her with some free paper I had in a recent magazine. I like this colour combination and the background flower paper matched her perfectly.  I added a felt flower using my Cheery Lynn Cuties 4 die.  The swirly corner is from Make It Crafty and ribbon is from my stash.  The sentiment is from Whimsy Stamps Friendship Ticket Sentiments.  And a little dash of glamour dust here and there to finish off!

The paper is from my new MME pad called Miss Caroline - Fiddlesticks.  I thought the paper looked great on its own so I didn't add a lot to this card.  I added the spring border which is a Memory Box die.  I added some pearls and some tiny butterflies which carried the theme of the image off the page.  I hope you like it.

Its Totally Ladybug Tuesday over at LCI today.  It seems ages since we last had one!  Did you all enjoy the new teen releases?  The creations from design team were fabulous!  You can buy the new releases here. 

So onto today's new challenge which has been selected by our gorgeous Diane. The challenge is:

I decided to use one of my new stamps that I bought in Kerry's recent sale.  I haven't used Jack for a long time so it was fun to do:

This is Guilty Jack which you can get here. I teamed him with my Echo Park Dots & Stripes paper pad, this one is called Metropolitan.  I love all these paper pads, I think I have all the colours now!  The corner die is from Memory Box and is called Madera Corner and I also used my Martha Stewart fence punch.  Nothing too fancy on this card, I kept it simple!

Daffy Pip!

Hi Everyone!

Hope you are enjoying your Saturday, what a gorgeous day here in Kent!  Let's hope it lasts! 

I wanted to share a card today that I made using one of the new digi images from Sugar Nellie  and she is called Daffy Pip which you can get from Funky Kits here. I have a few of these new images so you may be seeing a lot of them up!  Here she is:

You can't really see the glamour dust but she does sparkle a little!  The papers are from Echo Park Country Drive and also Dots & Stripes Candy Shoppe Collection.  I followed the sketch at the Sugar Bowl this week.  The ribbon is just from my stash and the felt flowers are made with Die-namics Flower and Leaf Trio.

My Reveal for LCI

Hi All!

Its Day 5 of the Ladybug Crafts Ink new release and its my turn for the big reveal today!  Don't you think the projects and images have been amazing so far!  

OK, you need to pop over to the challenge blog to leave a comment and you could win one of the images I have used today! 

So first up today is First Car Josh:

Don't you love him!  I used a combination of paper from MME - Dilly Dally and some paper from MCS.  The urban stamp is from Papermania which I won at the Scrapbook Sisters crop day a couple of weeks ago!  The city skyline was cut with Lisa's Cricut when I was in Yorkshire!  

So onto my second project using Coat of Paint Jess:

Now the rest of the Ladybug's so far have used pink and girly colours for Jess!   I decided to keep her in tomboy colours and went for denims/greys with a touch of lilac!!  I got my eyelets out for the first time in about 2 years, I think they work quite well with this card!  The paper is from MME - On the Bright Side and the sentiment is Whimsy Stamps Friendship Tickets.

I have used the gorgeous Fairy Rosalie which you can get in rubber here or in digi here.  Isn't she sweet!  She has lots of lovely glitter on her wings but you can't see it properly!  I have again used the Spring Bouquet paper collection from Cupcake Cards & Crafts which you can get here.  I have added some lace ribbon from my stash and the flower is my new fab favourite die from Cheery Lynn and it is called Cuties 4.

Special Lady at MAWTT

Fabulous Fortnight at LCI - New Release - Day 1

Good Morning All!

We have something a little different for you today at Ladybug Crafts Ink!  We have a Fabulous Fortnight coming up with a brand new digi release and lots of prizes on offer!

The new digi release are brand new Teenager images.  Instead of having a blog hop we will be previewing the new images each day over the next fortnight.  There will be prizes on offer each day, all you have to do is leave a comment on the main challenge blog.  Then at the end of the fortnight there will be a big prize of a £15 voucher to spend at the LCI store!

Good Afternoon!

Well what a gorgeous day it is in London today, shame I am stuck at work really!!  Hope it stays like this for a while. I had a wonderful time in France at the weekend, the weather wasn't quite as good as it is today but we had a fab time nonetheless.  Spent too much in the shops though!!
