Polkadoodles Inspiration with the Digi Queens!

Good Morning Everyone!

I hope your weekend has started well.  I am here today to share my card for the Digi Queens over at Polkadoodles.  We have a theme this week which is Autumn/Fall/Halloween inspired makes.  

Nikky has a freebie image for your this week which you can pick up from the main blog.  I have used the the freebie combined with Witchie Goth which you can get from the Polkadoodles Store here.  

 

I coloured her and the background with copics.  I wasn't sure what to do with the background and I tried different colours and eventually decided to go with the orange and black sky to stay within my colour theme.  I used the freebie background and placed Witchie Goth in front of it and printed it as a whole image.  I think it worked well.

Hi Everyone!

Well I am well and truly back from my holiday :-( !  But we did have a lovely time and spent a lot of time relaxing!  I hope you are all well!

I am back this morning with a card for The Papernest Dolls inspiration blog.  I am using an image from the new Zodiac range and had to use Zodiac Virgo as this is my star sign!  Here she is:

I coloured her with copics and I have listed these below for you.  The papers are from Maja Designs - Coffee in the Arbour.  I just love this pad.  All the little embellishments are from the Hobby House.

Moving Along With The Times - Away With The Fairies!

Here is my card:

I have used an image called Alyce Fairy which you can get from The Stamping Chef. I coloured her with copics.  I kept the card simple and used a great sentiment which is from Stamping Bella Uptown Girl - Faith the Fairy. I just added some pearls to finish. I am really enjoying doing these simple style cards and they look so stylish when finished!

Good Morning Everyone!  

This is my first scheduled post.  I am hopefully settled into my hotel in Cyprus!

Today we have a new challenge over at Moving Along With The Times and our gorgeous Debs is our hostess.  She would like to see:

I haven't done a circle card for some time so it was nice to do something different!

Here is my card:

 

This is all made up of LOTV products! I have been buying loads over there recently not had chance to use anything!!  The image is from the Magical Fairies Art Pad Set 25.  I cut her out and I have matched her with papers called Shabby Shack.  I have added some ribbon and flowers from my stash.  The sentiment is from Ladybug Crafts Ink (check out the closing down sale over at LCI) . I added some glamour dust to her wings, she is so pretty!

Well its my last day before going off on holiday tomorrow!  I will have some scheduled posts so I won't be far away!

So my second post today is a bit of a sad post really!  Some of you may know that the reason why I started my blog 4/5 years ago was because of Kerry and her fab images over at Ladybug Crafts Ink.  I was over the moon when I was asked to be on the Design Team and it was one of the first Design Teams I was asked to be on!  

Sadly Kerry is now closing down Ladybug Crafts Ink and the challenge blog are running their last ever challenge.  Some of the old DT and GDT members have been asked to join in and of course I had to say yes.  

The challenge is to use your favourite every LCI image (cling or digi).  Of course mine had to be Nikki as she is the reason I am crafting now!  Here is my card:

I have used Posh Shopper Nikki.  I wanted to do a CAS style card so I coloured her up with copics and fancy cut her out.  I layered her on some white bazzill card stock and used my CityScape Nightline die from Memory Box.  The sentiment is also from LCI here.  I just added pearls and glamour dust to finish. 

Kerry will be having a massive closing down sale with all stamps for £1 and 30% off ribbons, felt, buttons and nailheads.

Polkadoodles - Digi Queens!

Good Morning Everyone!

This is a very exciting post for me today!  This is my first post for the new Digi Queens over at Polkadoodles!  

Today I am showcasing a gorgeous Christmas image called "Hollybobs Presents" which you can get from the DigiWorld store here:

Isn't she gorgeous.  I also used papers from PolkaDoodles called Hollybobs Christmas Paper which perfectly match the image and they are such great quality I didn't really want to hide them too much on the card!  I coloured her with copics (colours listed below) and I just used Die-namics Photo Corners to frame her.  I added ribbon and pearls from my stash and a touch of glamour dust.
