Its time for the LCI Blog Hop!!

Hi Everyone!

Well its an exciting day today for all the Ladybugs!!  New challenge, new images and a blog hop to celebrate!!  Grab a cuppa and a biscuit and settle down for some fun!

So we are celebrating the release of some brand new digi images which you can get now at the LCI store.  They are called Snowman Delight, there are 6 in the set and are £1.75 each.  

You should have arrived here from our gorgeous Susan, if you get lost along the way then head back to the challenge blog to start again.

Here is my make using "Snowballs for Sale Delight":

How sweet is this little guy!!  I wanted to create a little scene and found this paper from my stash which was perfect.  I edged top and bottom with my Martha Stewart punch and added some snowflakes using my new Cheery Lynn Designs die.  I coloured my image with copics and prisma pencils and added a MASSIVE amount of glamour dust and white flower soft!!  Probably too much!!  

So onto the rules.  If you want to take part in the hop then you need to grab the banner on my sidebar and pop it onto yours.  Make your way through the hop and leave comments on all the DT and GDT blogs and then leave a comment on the challenge blog telling us what your favourite image is.  The winner will win all 6 images and there will also be five winners who will win 1 image each.

We are also running our normal challenge this fortnight which you can still take part in without doing the hop (or you can do both if you want to!)  The challenge this week is a photo inspiration one:

Phew!  You have probably eaten half a dozen biscuits by now!!  All that's left is for me to tell you that you now need to hop on over to our fabulous Guest Designer Gemma!!  

There is one final point from me which is to say that this post is my last one as a member of the design team at LCI.  Its a very sad day for me and I thought long and hard about it I can tell you.  Kerry and her fabulous images are the reason why I started my blog in the first place and they will both hold a very special place in heart, along with all the gorgeous Ladybugs!  I will miss them all!  Thank you ladies!

New Release and Blog Hop

Hi All! 

I hope you are all ok! 

Its release day at Ladybug Crafts Ink today and we have some fabulous new digi images for you!  You have been getting some sneak peaks over the last week and today is the big reveal!  To celebrate we are having a blog hop so grab a cuppa as this is a long post!

Firstly the theme this week is:

"Spring Is In The Air"

Here is my card using one of the new images.  The new collection is called Floral Delights. None of the DT have seen all the images yet nor the rest of the projects, so we are all as excited as you!  

I hope you like it!  What do you think of the image?! The inspiration for the layout came from Mary J who has been doing some fab circular cards recently.  I have used the new image with some new felt also from the LCI shop, its lush!  I have also used my new favourite flower die from Cheery Lynn called Miniature Rose which has lots of layers making it very dimensional.  (I have also done these flowers in crepe paper which I will show you soon!)  

Anyway, enough waffle onto the blog hop.  Here are the rules:

a) Visit each of the DT members in order and leave a comment on each of their blog hop posts.

b) There will be a LETTER the challenge blog and on each of the DT's blogs - note these down! At the end of the hop the letters you have collected will spell a word.   Email us at lcichallengeblog@aol.com with the word you have spelt.

Blog Hop, New Release, Blogaversary and Candy at Ladybug Crafts Ink

Happy Tuesday everyone!!

 

Well, its a pretty exciting day today!  We have lots going on over at Ladybug towers so grab yourself a cuppa and make sure you read until the end as there is candy on offer!

We have a brand new digi release today and they are super sweet, you will "love" them!  So to celebrate we are having a Blog Hop!  Woo Hoo!  I love Blog Hops, none of the DT see each others projects so its just as exciting for us!

The new release is called "Love and Marriage".  Each image is £1.75 and there are six in total or you can buy the whole lot for £9, saving yourself a £1! I am the first on the blog hop so welcome!  After me you need to hop over to the uber talented Mary J, if you get lost head back to the challenge blog.  

Here is my card:

Isn't the image so sweet and it was lovely to colour!  This image is called "The Kiss".  The papers are a birthday present from my blog buddy Laurie and they are from Echo Park, Victoria Gardens paper pack.  I thought these were a perfect match for this image.  I made the flower with ribbon and felt also available from Ladybug Crafts Ink. I have also made a little Wedding Gift Tag from another image from the set:

The paper is from the same pack and the mini rolled roses are also made from felt from LCI.  I hope you like them!

Hi All!

No card from me today but am just stopping by to let you know that Ladybug Crafts Ink will be having a VERY SPECIAL blog hop next week.  It all kicks off at 9am next Tuesday 8 November, so make a note in your diary!  

And why is it very special you ask, well, we will be celebrating a BRAND NEW digi release! (Can't wait!)  AND LCI will be celebrating their 1 YEAR BLOGAVERSARY!!!  So there will be lots of prizes to be won and including some candy from the DT!!
