New Release and Blog Hop!!

Hi All!!

I am super excited today!  Gorgeous Kerry over at Ladybug Crafts Ink invited me to join in as guest designer for their brand new release today!!  Of course I said yes!  The chance to be a Ladybug just one more time was just too good pass up!!  I miss those girls!

Anyway, the new release is just up my street!! The collection is called "Killer Heels"!!

So onto business.  There are lots of ways to win prizes, all the details are below.  You should have arrived here from my gorgeous blogging buddy Laurie.  If you are lost then head back to the challenge bog here.  So here is my card!!

I tried something a little different.  I wanted to keep to a simple style and layout and let the image do the talking!  Don't you just love those shoes!!  

When I first saw the image I immediately thought the fabric on both the shoes and the top of the bag would be made of silk and I decided on different colours of pink. The rolled flowers would also be in silk and very dimensional.  You can't really tell from the photo but the bag is covered in glamour dust.  I have a bag like this which is full of sequins and I got my inspiration from that!  I thought that a black and white background card would be a good combination with the pink.  I do hope you like it and that I have done the image justice!  

So onto the rules of the hop:

Brand Spanking New at MAWTT!!

So onto my card, I decided to do a New Baby card.  I recently won an image over at Pollycraft. This is one of the new range called Little Stars and I have used Moon Lullaby which you can get here. 

She is such a cutie don't you think!  And lovely to colour.  I used up some old paper I had in my stash and the ribbon and sentiment is from Ladybug Crafts Ink.
