Favourite Five Cards 2013

Hi Everyone

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas.  Ours was eventful!  We lost electricity for a few days due to the storms but we were lucky in that we got it back for a few hours in the evening.  Some people didn't get it back for days and my heart goes out to all the poor people who were flooded.

I shared my favourite five Christmas Cards of 2013 before Christmas, I am now back to share my Favourite Five Cards of 2013 and share in the fun with Debby.  Its great to look back on everyone's super creations!

Here are mine, in no particular order, with a link to the original post:

Thank you to everyone who has been a follower and who leaves such wonderful comments for me. I do love receiving them.  I am sorry that I have not always found the time to get to you all over the last year, I hope to make this better in the new year.

Best wishes to all of you for a healthy and peaceful 2014.

Favourite Five Christmas Projects

Good Evening Everyone

I hope you are all relaxed and enjoying Christmas Eve!

It's been an interesting day so far!  All our electricity went off due to the storm yesterday so we have had no heating, phones, nothing!  Its been on again for a couple of hours so we are keeping our fingers crossed!

I thought I would join in again with Debby's Favourite Five Christmas Cards for 2013.

I had a look back and realised I actually didn't make very many at all!  I actually had to send out shop bought ones to crafty friends this year which I really try not to do. I must find more time next year to do them!

Anyway here are my favourite five with links to the original post:

Right, I am now getting on with some red wine and a nice Christmas movie!!

Have a wonderful evening and a very Happy Christmas!!

Good Morning Everyone

Well we are half way through the week, and its my last week at work until 6 January.  I tell you, I cannot wait until Friday gets here!!

I am here today with my inspiration piece using the gorgeous Hobby House products.  Remember that there is a Special Christmas Event running over on the Hobby House Challenge Blog.  Jill is giving everyone a chance of winning a fabulous prize of gorgeous Hobby House products!  You can enter as many times as you like but you must use a Hobby House Topper.  Also your project can't have been showcased on the Hobby House Inspiration Blog before, but it can be something previously made or something new.

So onto my project, I have made a match box card.  Here it is:

I know there are a lot of photos but it was tricky to get one that showed it off well!  All products are from the Hobby House apart from the die cut match box kit which came from Which Craft UK.  Here are the list of the Hobby House products:

Fancy Buttons (for draw handles);

I had a lot of fun making this so I hope you like it!  Don't forget to join in with the Christmas Event and we look forward to seeing your entries!
