Mono Madness at Fab n Funky

Hey Everyone!  I hope your week is going well.

We have a brand new challenge at Fab n Funky this week.  The theme is:

"Mono Madness"

So we want to see monochromatic on your cards, so you can use one colour or various shades of one colour.  There is some photo inspiration on the challenge blog so do go and check it out.

We are sponsored this week by "The Stamping Boutique", do go along to their store here and check out the fun images they have.  We were given some images to use and I have used an image from the Princess Jennifer Latte collection.

I used some gorgeous paper from Basic Grey, Hopscotch pack which I bought from Quixotic Paperie.  I used various shades of the Earth colours in my copic collection.  I cut the image out and added some glitter and gems.  I also added GA to the wheels of the bike and the latte cups which you can't really see in the photo.

I hope you can join in this week, please do go and look at the challenge blog for more inspiration.

Have a wonderful day.

Take care
 Pami x

Fab n Funky - A Stitch in Time

Good morning everyone.  I hope your week is going well.

We have a brand new challenge for you over at Fab n Funky this week, which is:
"A Stitch in Time"

So we would like to see stitching this week, anything from faux to real or even a stitching theme on your card or project.

We are sponsored this week by the fabulous Pink Petticoat

Their images are so cool, I love them.  For my project today I have used an image from "Lola Rose Big Day" collection.  I was asked to make a wedding card by a friend of mine so I thought this was perfect.

I really enjoyed making this.  The colour scheme for the wedding is dusky pink and navy so I went with pink!  It was easier to use!  I used a swirl embossing folder for some of the background but kept it pretty simple.  My stitching is faux and used a Sakura Gelly Roll pen for a hint of sparkle.  I used glamour dust on her veil and the flowers.  Its really pretty in real life!  The gorgeous ribbon and felt is from Ladybug Crafts Ink and so is the sentiment stamp which is from the Baby Baby collection. I can't seem to make a card without a felt flower at the moment!  These are made using my new mini rolled rose die-namic die which I got from Dies to Die For.  I hope the recipient likes it!!

Please go along to the challenge blog to check out all the other wonderful inspiration.

Have a great day!

Christmas Theme at Fab n Funky

Good Morning Everyone

We have another challenge over at Fab n Funky today and this week the theme is:

"Christmas"

We are sponsored this week by "Fred She Said Digital Designs" who are very kindly offering the winner some fabulous digi images.

You can check out their store here.

We were kindly given some images.  I used an image called Christmas Wreath which you can get here.  This image also comes pre-coloured which is great when you have some quick cards to make.  I used the pre-coloured image for my card:

Its a pretty simple card, I quite like the simple white look for Christmas cards and they are nice and quick to do when batch card making.  I used an embossing folder for the background.  I have added white flower soft around the image and added lots glitter on the image itself.  I also added some glittery gems on the embossing, none of this glitter shows up in the photos but trust me, its there!  The ribbon is just from my stash.

Well that's it from me today.  Please do go along to the challenge blog to check out all the other fabulous inspiration from the Design Team.  We look forward to seeing your projects this week.

Stay safe wherever you are
Love
