Art Deco Lady

Hi Everyone

I hope your week is going ok. Its really dragging for me.  Feels like it should be Friday already. 

I was just playing around at the weekend with some card which I thought had a very Art Deco feel about it and I wanted to make something with it.  I had a stamp which, again, had an Art Deco feel about it so I had a play.  I wasn't sure where I was going with the card so I thought I would keep it fairly basic, "less is more" theory!  I really love the Art Deco era so I had fun with this.  I hope you like it.

I'm afraid I don't know where the stamp is from, I've had it some time.  Paper is Kanban.

    Pami its just gorgeous, very stylish and the stamp is so great!! The black ribbon really sets it all off. Hope the day has flew by quickly lol but remember you are wishing your life away too.

    Hello Pami! Not long to the weekend! I pretend that Friday is the beginning of my weekend, lol!!

    I approach my cards in the same way - matching up the style of my stamp to my paper and that usually comes up trump. Just like your card! Absolutely lovely! I like the way you placed the sentiment - it makes it more contemporary - great idea!
