Happy Birthday Brenda!

Good morning all,

Its the weekend, yippee!  Today is my fellow MAWTT teamie's birthday - Happy Birthday Brenda!!  I hope you have lots of lovely things planned.  This is the card I made (hopefully she will have opened it before reading this!)

I am back to pink and green again, I can't help myself!  I did try and make this one shabby though as Brenda is the queen of distress.  I used my Tim Holtz tool to distress all the edges, I made the flower by stamping 3 of my Paper Artsy stamps clear ink, I used script paper and then embossed over it with pink embossing powder and held it together with a brad.  Added some glitter here and there and popped on the bow.  I hope you like it Brenda!

Well I have a reasonably lazy day ahead of me and the sun is shining at the moment, although its pretty cold!  Have a lovely day whatever you are up to.

    That's one flabulous flower Pam! NEVER apologise for using pink and green...it's the ultimate colour combo, next to pink and brown that is lol. Your friend will love her card. xx

    Pami it is one stunning card I just love it. It is sitting proudly on my sideboard with all my other MAWTT teamie cards, you have all spoiled me rotten. I love the colours and papers and the flower looks superb and as usual the inside is a work of art as well.
    Thankyou so much. I had a great day and have some money to spend at Birmingham next weekend - aren't I the lucky one.
