Good Afternoon Everyone
I hope your weekend is going well, its going too quickly though isn't it!
I made a card yesterday which I don't think I like very much but am posting it anyway! I think its the flowers, I don't normally use this many!
I had a bit of a clear up of my images yesterday and found some pre-coloured LOTV images which I hadn't used. This one is from a sheet called Girly Afternoons but I think now its included in the "Just for Girls" Artpad. I used my new Lil' Inker Designs square stitched die and La La Land Open Leaf Flourish! I added some glamour dust, pearls and some mulberry flowers from my stash. The paper is from Maja Designs!
I hope you like the card, even if I don't!!
Enjoy the rest of your weekend and please don't forget to enter into my blog candy here.
Love and Hugs

Hi, Pami, I agree with the others because I can´t see what´s the problem with this card?! It´s a very cute and sweet one and the flowers are really beautiful. (But I understand your feelings. I am a "1 or 2 flowers - user" *lol".) Hugs Renata

ReplyDeleteHi Pami
ReplyDeleteIsn't it funny the way we sometimes take a 'dislike' to our own cards when in actual fact, they're fabulous as this one is?? Love the way you've rounded the corners of the stitched squares too... makes a nice different touch.
I know what you mean about flowers though... I have a big box of them and never can put them just right - so end up not using them at all!
hugs

What a lovely card. Nice flowers and the stamp is so sweet.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Astrid.
Pami, this is very pretty and I can see you attempted to use more flowers on this. It came out lovely, though, and it may not be what you are used to making, but it is a beautiful card. The image is quite cute, but the flowers are the attention grabber. Those leaves on the top arrangement are beautiful and due to the size, the flowers are perfect with them. Be proud of this card...it's quite beautiful! --Gail
