Ruby Red - Pollycraft DT

Good Morning All

I hope your week is going well!  I am here today for our brand new challenge at Pollycraft, the last two weeks has gone so quickly!  Our Shelly is the hostess and the theme this week is:

"Ruby Red"

Here is my card:




I have used one of the fabulous new Lil Dumplings images and this little cutie is called Queenie.  I am not sure why her wings look pink!  They don't look that colour in real life!  It was the first time I have tried to do curly hair so I hope it looks ok!  I had to do it a few times!  I have made a couple of cards recently not using any DPs and I quite like this look, you my see a few more done like this!  The mulberry roses, pearl string and pearls are all from the Hobby House.

    Awwwwww such a sweet image and coloured so beautifully, I especially love her curly hair. A great idea not to use any DPs, I think it really helps to showcase the gorgeous image

    I really love Queenie!! We most have had the same idea, when we saw the theme challenge!! She is so stunning in the red and white color combination. Love the pearl border as well. Hope you are having a great weekend.

    Well, here are these beautiful pearls again! I love this image, colored magnificently, and the layout of the card is similar to the one I left a note on a minute ago...and I love the layout. Cute, pretty and sweet! --Gail
