A Saturated Canary Card

Happy Sunday Everyone!

Well Saturday whizzed by in a flash!  Had a fun afternoon with my sister and nephew yesterday.  I am off this morning to meet up with a friend for a bit of window shopping!  I am popping into the Apple store to see if my iPad can be fixed.  It died about 2 weeks ago and am lost without it!

I managed to fit in some colouring and a card yesterday.  I wanted to join in with the Saturated Canary challenge this week as I have missed the last two.  Here is my card:

I used Whispy, a Fairy which you can get here.  I love her outfit!  The paper is Isabelle from First Edition which I bought in Yorkshire last week.  I have taken inspiration from Kerry for my flowers as I have used aida fabric which Kerry has been using a lot of recently.  Not sure mine are quite as good as hers yet!  I used my mini rolled rose die from Die-namics at Dies to Die For which you can get here.  They have a brand new monthly challenge blog now which is very exciting!

I followed the sketch at Quixotic Paperie but made it circular, (hope that’s ok girls)!

Right better get up and ready!!  Have a great day.

Feeling Blue

Good afternoon all

Well I'm not really feeling blue but was in a blue mood when making this card!  I have made this card with another Saturated Canary image from Krista Smith.  She is called Thank You and you can get her here

The challenge this week over at Saturated Canary is to use dies/punches so I used my Nestabilities on this card.  The swirly corner is from Make It Crafty (I don't know why I don't use this more often) and the paper is from Authentique called Journey.  I followed the fab sketch at Quixotic Paperie this month.  I hope you like it.

Well I was very good yesterday and only bought a lip gloss!!  I had a lovely day though!

OK, better get on.  Hope you all have a great afternoon.

Fairy Wishes

Hi everyone, I hope your weekend is going well.  Its been a beautiful sunny day here, but very cold!

I am back this evening with another gorgeous image from Krista Smith.  This little beauty is called Whispy, A Fairy which you can get here.
Here is my card:

I followed the sketch at Sketch Saturday.  I have used paper from MME Six by Six Honey Cake pack, I like the colour combination in this pack.  She is a lot more vibrant in real life and I have used lots of glamour dust for some sparkle! I hope you like the card. I would like to enter into the Saturated Canary DT Call which is currently running.

Thats it from me for now, have a lovely evening!

Vintage at Moving Along With The Times

Good Morning Everyone

I hope you are all well.  Firstly I just want to say sorry for not being able to get to you all and comment recently, life just gets in the way sometimes.  I hope to catch up with you all very soon.
Am here today as we have a new challenge over at Moving Along With The Times.  The very talented Val has set our challenge this week which is:

"Vintage"

Well I am not sure my card is vintage but more shabby chic but I like it whatever it is!

The gorgeous image is called Nevaeh by Krista Smith at Saturated Canary which you can get here.  The gorgeous paper is from Authentique.  I distressed up all the edges and added some lace, pearls and the flowers are made using my Die-namics flower trio.

We are sponsored this week by Crafty Emma's Store

and the winner will receive £10 to spend in the fabulous store!

As always the fabby DT have created some gorgeous creations.  Please do go and check them out here

Have a great day.
