MAWTT - Chinese New Year

Hi all, hope you are all well.

Thursday means another challenge over at MAWTT and today its my challenge!!  This is my first ever challenge so I hope you can join in! 

This week I have picked a theme to celebrate the start of the Chinese New Year today. The theme is:

"RED"


Red is associated with luck and during the New Year celebrations doors and windows in homes are newly painted in red in preparation. Red is worn to ward off evil spirits, and on the day itself red packets are given to children which contain money.

    Yey, Pami, what a great card, just love that striking red you have used and beautiful image.
    Fantastic challenge too and very clever to take in all the oriental focus at the moment but leave it wide open for others to just follow the colour theme. Very clever.
