I love Tuesdays, it just means one thing - Totally Ladybug Tuesday! This week its Pinky's challenge and its "Card for a Child". I decided to go for Cheeky Jack.
Some fab Bo Bunny paper (I love this paper) from the lovely Hayley and some bazzill on Kraft CS. Now this card is a little different because I turned the image into a fridge magnet. So you can just peel Jack off and stick him onto your fridge. A gift as well as a card! Here he is on my fridge!
I've been wanting to try this for a while. It turned out ok but I can certainly develop this a bit more. Once coloured I stuck the image onto a piece of self adhesive magnetic sheet. Then I covered the whole image with a glaze. (I didnt use glossy accents but this works just as well.) I cut two pieces of the magnetic sheet and stuck that on the card so the image has something to stick to whilst on the card.
Hope you like it. Please go and check out the other fabulous cards on the LCI challenge blog and please join in the fun this week.
I am going to enter into the following challenges:
- Aly's Sunday Challenge - For the Guys;
- Alphabet Challenge - M for Men (do young men count?!);
- The Crafty Pad - Something for the Boys;
