Good morning (just!) everyone!
Hope you are having a great weekend. I have to be really quick today, haven't got started at all and its nearly midday!!
I have done an altered item today. I bought an old letter rack from Oxfam the other day which I thought would be great to decorate. Here is the item before I started:
And here are a few pictures of the finished result!
I really had fun doing this and I should really make time to do more of this sort of thing. My cupboard is full of stuff waiting to be altered!
So, I painted up with my eco-friendly paint in white and then covered with MME paper - Alphabet Soup (which I love!) and bought from Quixotic Paperie. I inked up the edges with my chalk pad. For my images I used the very cute Tiddly Wings from Pollycraft, I used "Bunches" and "Heart". I then used my gorgeous new felt from Ladybug Crafts Ink (love the orange!) which you can get here. (DON'T FORGET THE SALE OVER AT LADYBUG CRAFTS WHICH ENDS TOMORROW - HURRY!!) I then made the flowers and grass with my die-namics dies which I bought from Dies to Die For here.
I hope you like it as much as I enjoyed making it!
Sorry it's so quick today. Have a great day and speak to you soon!
Love
Pami x
