Good Morning Everyone!
I hope your week is going well, it seems like a long one! We have a new challenge over at Moving Along With The Times. The super gorgeous Lisa has set out challenge this week which is:
"Autumn Leaves"
We are sponsored this week by "Digi My World"
We were given some images to play with which were perfect for the challenge.
After my wonderful trip Norfolk the other week and my day at Sir Stampelot with the brayer I decided to have a go all on my own!! Yes, it got messy! And, yes, several attempts ended up in the bin. I am still not very happy with the end result but please let me know what you think:
I think it looks like something my little nephew would have made! I brayered the sky and the grass using Adirondack Sunset Orange and Meadow. I watched quite a bit of Barbara Gray on C&C over the weekend trying to pick up some tips! The birds and the foliage stamps are from Clarity and I used an ink duster to create the background on the main card. The image has been decoupaged to give some dimension. Please don't laugh at my first attempt! I did kind of have fun getting messy though! I had to use a bit more foliage than I intended to hide some inky mistakes (Laurie will know what I am talking about!).
Anyway...please do go and check out the rest of the DT inspiration, they have done some amazing work!
Well that's it from me for now, see you again soon!
Love and Hugs

Great job Pam. I enjoy getting a bit messy but then it all gets too much for me and I panic lol. This turned out beautifully and no mistakes that I can see. No cats where subjected to cruelty during my taxi trip lol.
