Snow Has Arrived!

Hi All!

Well it took some time for the snow to get here but it certainly has now!!  Made the mistake of going into work yesterday as the snow was only just starting.  NIGHTMARE getting home!  I have been travelling up to London for a number of years on the trains and I have to say yesterday was one of the worst journeys.  No trains, no buses, lots of walking!  I broke my wrist on the snow and ice the year before last so I am so paranoid about walking on the snow now so that made it all the more stressful for me!

I took some photos from my living room window this morning for you to see.  The snow does look lovely, as long as you dont have to go out in it!

I was going to take a photo of Coco but she was such a baby and didnt even want to put her toe out into the snow this morning.  I tried to encourage her out and she turned to me, meowed in disgust and rushed back in!

I made a couple of Christmas cards the other night for my mum and my aunt.  They both love House Mouse so I used the same stamp for both of them.  I used the pleating technique which I used for my card yesterday so I apologise if they are similar!!

I've decided I do not like colouring any kind of animal!  I've used lovely papers from My Minds Eye.

I am entering into the following challenges:
Stay safe and warm in the snow.

  6. Gorgeous cards Pami, love the festive papers and colours you have used. It does seem as though Kent has had the worst of the snow :( my hubby phoned a shortwhile ago...he was in Sevenoaks and said it had started snowing again :( hope he gets home soon...take care and be careful with the ice! 9. Ok, this is going to be controversial but I'm not a fan of HM (just ducked lol) but I think you did a great job colouring them Pami. I LOVE your pleating and will be trying that very soon. Hmmmm...maybe even on the next LCI challenge. Also love the pp in both cards :-D xx
